Job Title: International Customer Service Representative

Work Schedule:

  • 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

  • 2 rotational off days (will be informed in advance)

  • Night shift ( timings will be shared during the interview process)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and will be comfortable working in a voice process role.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone calls

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about products/services

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer complaints

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year experience in customer service domain

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a night shift

  • Comfortable with voice process

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Note:

  • Candidates must be flexible to work in a night shift

  • Candidates must be comfortable with voice process

Interview :

One virtual round only

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹39,000.00 per month
