Role & responsibilities :

  • To acknowledge and contact customers/ complainants for complaints raised for misselling, fraud, policy service issues, senior management cases, Social Media cases, Ombudsman cases
  • Escalation to Sales/ Internal Stakeholder
  • Case facts findings & case investigation
  • Resolution Management vide communication to customers/ complainants
  • Process insights, changes, enhancements, improvements
  • Team player for driving projects/ team initiatives
  • Support in related list of activities- Internal reports preparation, Regulatory Reporting, Management Reporting, Complaints Analysis, Team mentoring, Team training & Development, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experienced from Customer Service (non-verbal) background with Life Insurance Process and Product knowledge
  • Min 1 -2 Yrs or Exp in Same Profile in Life Insurance
