About the Role

As a Buying & Negotiations Executive / Sr. Executive, you will be the driving force behind securing the best deals in the influencer ecosystem. From tracking cost benchmarks to negotiating daily with talent agencies and creators, youll ensure that our campaigns are commercially sharp and competitive.

This is a role for someone who is detail-oriented, confident in negotiations, and loves working with numbers and Excel as much as with people and agencies.

What Youll Do

  • Talent Relationships: Build rapport with agency partners and influencers to ensure smoother negotiations and long-term trust.
  • Day-to-Day Negotiations: Manage daily cost discussions for influencer campaigns, ensuring maximum value for clients.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update cost benchmarks across categories, influencers, and platforms.
  • Excel & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on negotiation outcomes, savings delivered, and cost efficiencies.
  • Support Bulk Buying: Assist the Lead in structuring bulk deals and long-term rate agreements with agencies.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Project Management and Strategy teams to align on the commercial feasibility of campaigns.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • % cost savings delivered on individual negotiations.
  • Accuracy and timeliness in updating cost databases and benchmarks.
  • Number of successful negotiations closed per month/quarter.
  • Strength of relationships built with agencies and influencers.
  • Responsiveness and reliability in supporting cross-functional teams.

What Were Looking For

  • 14 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, media buying, or negotiations.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Negotiation confidence with talent agencies and influencers.
  • Ability to multitask across campaigns and categories in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for influencer marketing and strong commercial acumen.
