Your mission: Roles and responsibilities

  • Should be able to solve tickets fast but sensibly
  • Should be able to handle tricky customers
  • Recognizing own mistakes and offering solutions
  • Balanced adjustment between company policy and customer demands
  • Should have the capability of multitasking
  • Identifying the needs of the team and proactively take action to support other team members

What you should bring with you:

  • Minimum 2 years of Customer support Experience

  • English communication is a must (Reading and writing)

  • Spanish and French Language is a plus
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with empathy.
  • Provide quick and effective solutions.
  • Retain customers through excellent service.
  • Work independently while escalating only when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.
