Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Mumbai. The Customer Support Specialist will handle client queries, provide support via various communication channels, and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. The role involves offering technical support, collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions. The individual will also identify improvement areas in processes and assist in the overall enhancement of service quality.

  • Ability to manage time effectively, work collaboratively, and adapt to dynamic environments
  • Familiarity with insurance products and processes would be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
