Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Residential Sales Manager to lead and manage our residential sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the residential property market. This role involves setting sales targets, strategizing lead generation, managing a sales team, and driving the performance necessary to meet or exceed business goals.
- Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate a team of residential real estate sales executives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Stay updated on current market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
