S4 Food Courts and Banquets is currently available across 2 locations in Telangana - Karimnagar & Manoharabad. We are dedicated to enhancing highway travel experiences by offering clean, hygienic washrooms, a variety of branded food options, multi-fuel stations (Diesel, Petrol, CNG, EV charging), and children's play avenues. We also promote local handlooms and handicrafts, creating a holistic stopover for travelers.

We are in plans to expand our food courts further.

Job Description:

1) Plan and implement local marketing campaigns, promotional events, and partnerships to drive foot traffic and sales.

Oversee production and distribution of traditional marketing materials (flyers, posters, banners, etc.).

Identify and secure sponsorships or community engagements that boost brand visibility. This will include traveling to and from our multiple branches and ensuring that any scope for expanding our brand visibility has to be captured.

2) Brand Management & Consistency

Ensure all marketing collateral and messaging uphold brand guidelines. Monitor brand perception, gather customer feedback, and recommend improvements to maintain a positive brand image.

3) Coordinate with the Online Marketing Agency

Work closely with the external digital marketing agency to ensure campaigns align with the overall brand identity and objectives. Provide input on online advertising needs based on in-restaurant trends and feedback.

Develop & Execute Offline Marketing Strategies

4)Market Research & Analysis

Conduct competitor analysis and local market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Assess customer behavior, dining preferences, and regional demographic insights to guide marketing decisions.

5)Event Planning & Execution

Organize and execute in-restaurant events, including product tastings, special occasions, or seasonal promotions.

Ensure events are well-publicized, well-coordinated, and deliver a positive experience to customers.

Pay - Rs. 40,000 - Rs. 50,000 per month plus allowances
