We are looking for an enthusiastic Outlet Associate to join our RRM team and who can do well with Monitoring inventory and placing supply orders. Tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list
- Update the product inventory as products are received and added to our inventory.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal.
- Ensuring on time stocks availability by raising Purchase Orders and coordination with Vendors and Warehouse team.
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping.
- Place inventory and supply orders as required
- Assist the operations warehouse manager in daily management
- Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations

**SKILLS NEEDED**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner. Need to have bank transactions knowledge.
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ambiguity to achieve goals.
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis. Proven track of managing the business by the numbers.

Any ( _Post_-Graduation / Degree ) - Finance / Marketing. with _above_ 60% in academics with excellent extra-curricular activities engagement.

Knowledge in MS office, ( having TALLY skills is an added advantage ).
