Job Role:As a Deputy General Manager Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing division, developing strategic sales plans, mentoring the sales team, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the sales and marketing division to achieve ambitious business goals.
- Develop and implement innovative strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Mentor and motivate the sales team to optimize performance.
- Design and execute creative marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Analyze competitor activities to maintain a competitive market position.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Oversee digital marketing, lead generation, and sales pipeline management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience working in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh is desirable.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience motivating and developing a team.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and marketing analytics tools.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Proficient in English and preferably Hindi.
