  1. Setting up monthly/ quarterly sales targets for the direct residential sales team and ensuring the execution in the given time frame.
  2. Perform sales activities on a day-to-day basis in consultation with Direct Sales Team.
  3. Monitoring the performance of sales team members on sales and driving them to achieve set sales targets and collections periodically.
  4. Lead, walk in and Sales management through effective use of ERP
  5. Planning and participation in Events and Exhibitions.
  6. Delivering regular presentations on products and services and effectively negotiating difficult sales.
  7. Implement sales programs to improve product awareness and Product Penetration into markets.
  8. Interact regularly with the sales team and understand the needs of the market, change tactics according to the market needs to service the customer's needs.
  9. Direct and Train the sales team to pitch the product rightly to the target market to achieve the overall sales numbers.
  10. Maintaining data of all sold customers and sourcing prospects through them.
  11. Conducting Market research and collection of market intelligence from time to time and frame sales plans.
