Role Description
This is a full-time role for a General Trade Sales representative in the FMCG sector at Candytoy Corporate Pvt Ltd. The position requires you to meet sales targets, manage and expand the customer base, and maintain strong client relationships. Your daily tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve business goals. This is an on-site role, and the location is Indore, India.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience: Experience in FMCG sales, general trade, and customer relationship management
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Negotiation Skills: Strong skills in negotiating deals and closing sales
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team Coordination: Ability to effectively coordinate with the sales team and other departments
- Customer Focus: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships
- Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Indore market and general trade dynamics
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
