**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Visit customers and keep accurate records.
- Explain product features and benefits.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Generate leads and negotiate deals.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure the availability and visibility of products.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2+ years in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of dealer sales, channel sales, and general trade.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
**Experience**:
- FMCG: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
