Bde (Fmcg)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and acquire new customers in assigned territories for FMCG products.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential markets, competitors, and customer needs.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients and channel partners.
- Ensure the availability and visibility of products across retail outlets.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to boost product sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- **1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales/business development**.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG products and distribution networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Pay: ₹9,058.79 - ₹35,000.00 per month
