We're seeking a Sales Manager who can shape sales strategies, win new markets, and drive significant revenue growth. This is a high-ownership role where your results will directly influence the company's success story.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute strategies to expand market share and revenue.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and account growth.
  • Present ERP & HRMS solutions that solve real client challenges.
  • Build lasting client relationships for retention and upselling.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends (ERP, SaaS, HRTech, automation, digital transformation).
  • Consistently achieve or exceed targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales (ERP, HRMS, SaaS preferred).
  • Natural sales leader – persuasive, ambitious, and results-driven.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
