We're seeking a Sales Manager who can shape sales strategies, win new markets, and drive significant revenue growth. This is a high-ownership role where your results will directly influence the company's success story.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute strategies to expand market share and revenue.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and account growth.
- Present ERP & HRMS solutions that solve real client challenges.
- Build lasting client relationships for retention and upselling.
- Stay ahead of industry trends (ERP, SaaS, HRTech, automation, digital transformation).
- Consistently achieve or exceed targets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales (ERP, HRMS, SaaS preferred).
- Natural sales leader – persuasive, ambitious, and results-driven.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
