Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct training and onboarding sessions for students post-enrolment.

Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly support across multiple communication channels.

Initiate regular follow-up calls with students to track their learning progress.

Proactively manage student success and identify upselling opportunities.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with students.

Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback and insights with internal teams to enhance the student experience.

Cross-sell and upsell relevant courses offered by Zell.

Perform other tasks as needed to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

Who Are We Looking For?

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer success, client servicing, or similar role (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.

Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve them effectively.

High level of empathy and genuine passion for helping students succeed.

Experience using omnichannel ticketing systems (e.g., Kapture, Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow) is a plus.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, with at least one weekend working day (Saturday or Sunday).
