What Youll Be Responsible For:

As a Projects Coordinator, youll be managing the day-to-day requirements (internal & external) of the supply of architectural lighting. You will liaise with our design team, product/purchasing team, assembly team and clients including architects and interior designers and the trades (builders and electricians) in a mixture of quoting, sourcing, sometimes creating, converting and managing the logistical side of project delivery:

  • Be across the details to confidently deliver projects
  • Strong customer service and customer follow-ups
  • Take ownership & collaborate internally for project conversion
  • Engage, impress and perfect project delivery
  • Using internal quote/sales software
What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for design and previous design experience. The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Experience in using ERP software
  • Proven project management experience
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to work autonomously, self-manage projects and a proactive can do attitude
  • Strong decision-making and time management skills
  • Quick learner who has a desire to grow professionally, identify areas for improvement and take initiative
  • Lighting background preferred
