About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience to support our team. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring project goals are met on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across teams.

  • Track project progress, identify risks/delays, and report updates to stakeholders.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and timelines.

  • Support in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling project-related queries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management support.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or MS Project).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

  • Experience in client interaction and stakeholder management.

  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
