Role Summary

Field Business Development Executive ka role Thrust Fitness ki local market presence grow karna, on-ground lead generation, partnerships, aur offline conversions lana hai.

Key Responsibilities 1. On-Ground Lead Generation

  • Gyms, societies, colleges, fitness studios me jaake leads collect karna
  • Offline marketing (flyers, banners, posters)
  • Daily 30–50 new leads generate karna

2. Partnerships & Tie-Ups

  • Gyms, trainers, fitness studios se tie-ups lana
  • Influencers, Zumba & yoga instructors se collaboration karna
  • Corporate fitness sessions arrange karna

3. Field Sales Activities

  • Prospects ko fitness program explain karna
  • Offline consultation setup karna
  • On-ground conversions drive karna

4. Branding & Promotions

  • Local events, marathons, society events me brand represent karna
  • Sampling, outreach, boots setup activities

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Daily field report submit karna
  • CRM/Excel me leads update karna
  • Partnership tracking maintain karna

* Required Skills

  • Strong communication & sales skills
  • Field sales ka experience (preferred)
  • Bike + valid licence (mandatory)
  • Smartphone + WhatsApp/CRM knowledge
  • Energetic, confident & target-driven

* Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (experience-based)
