About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive
Operations Intern
to support our daily operations and ensure seamless coordination across teams, brands, customers, and delivery partners. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who wants to gain hands-on exposure to operations, logistics, and customer coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers for order-related coordination and query resolution.
  • Coordinate with brands and delivery partners to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment of Quick Orders.
  • Assist in on-ground operations whenever required (events, order dispatches, brand activations, etc.).
  • Work closely with the sourcing team and brand team to maintain and streamline brand sourcing operations.
  • Support overall operations through documentation, reporting, and day-to-day task management.

Requirements:

  • 0–1 years of prior experience (internship or full-time) in operations, logistics, or customer handling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders (customers, brands, partners).
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.
  • Flexibility for occasional on-ground tasks.
