The Role

We're looking for a 
Gurgaon-based Operations Intern
 to support our daily operations and help keep things running smoothly as we scale. You'll work with our ops team to manage partners, track performance, and support logistics — gaining first-hand experience in how a high-growth consumer startup works.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operational tasks for dog walking, grooming, and product deliveries.
  • Assist in managing bookings, schedules, and issue resolution with partners.
  • Track service quality metrics (attendance, cancellations, customer feedback).
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely order fulfillment.
  • Help streamline processes and document best practices.
  • Contribute to special projects such as new launches or expansion initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong ownership mindset — you take initiative and follow through.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel (bonus: curiosity for analytics tools).
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Love for pets or interest in the pet care industry is a plus
