As we expand into new categories like interiors and lifestyle solutions, we are looking for dynamic interns to strengthen our operations and data capabilities while also contributing to our digital presence.

Role: Operations & Data Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Operations & Data Intern to support our daily operations, data management, and reporting processes. Alongside backend operations, this role will also contribute to social media execution—making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and creative digital outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Support:
    Assist in managing logistics, vendor coordination, and partner communication to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Data Management:
    Maintain and update operational/customer data, track key metrics, and prepare weekly/monthly reports to support growth decisions.
  • Process Optimization:
    Identify gaps in operations, suggest improvements, and assist in implementing new processes.
  • Payment & CRM:
    Support in payment collection, reconciliation, and maintaining healthy customer/vendor relationships.
  • Social Media Execution:
    Help plan, schedule, and execute social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive engagement.
  • Marketing Support:
    Assist with influencer outreach, basic campaign management, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Market Research:
    Conduct research on vendors, customer behavior, and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Interest in operations, data handling, and process management.
  • Basic understanding of social media content creation and digital campaigns.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
