Role & responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and monitor engineering schedules, including progress calculations
  • Establish a deliverables-weighted Engineering Progress Measurement System aligned with contractual requirements
  • Coordinate with Project Planning to integrate engineering schedules with procurement, construction, and commissioning requirements
  • Support Project Engineering Managers with schedule, milestone, and job-hour budget tracking, providing monthly activity reports
  • Analyze schedule impacts from scope changes, design issues, or delays, and develop mitigation plans
  • Conduct weekly meetings with Lead Engineers, track deliverables via the Master Document Register, and forecast overdue items
  • Monitor timesheet completion, update spent man-hour reports, and highlight remaining engineering budgets
  • Share actualized Engineering Group job-hour data with Project Management
  • Participate in Quality Audits and support PEMs on engineering matters
  • Ensure compliance with ENKA corporate policies and documentation standards
  • Support the Engineering Group in quality, information management, and KPI-related tasks
  • Developing procedures for project controls, tender schedule management, and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • 7-15 years of project planning and controls experience in Oil & Gas projects
  • A bachelor's degree in any Engineering Discipline
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (English fluency required)
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project
