About The CompanyReputed real estate group delivering landmark residential developments across India.Expanding in high-rise construction; seeking a planning lead to drive timelines and coordination.Role OverviewReports to: Project DirectorQualifications & ExperienceEducation: B.Tech (Civil). PGP-NICMAR or RICS preferred.Experience: years in planning high-rise residential projects.Mandatory: Experience with G+20 towers and projects > 10 million sq. ft.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed construction schedules using MS Project (MSP).Create and manage master project schedules and stakeholder coordination plans.Monitor site progress, flag delays, and recommend mitigation actions.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports; track critical procurement milestones.Analyze construction plans for feasibility and operational efficiency.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve design/scheduling issues.Use digital tools and apps for progress tracking and reporting.Desired SkillsStrong command of MS Project and MS Office.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with construction monitoring software and digital reporting tools.Proven ability to manage complex timelines and lead cross-functional teams.Skills: ms project,construction schedules,high-rise residential,rics,nicmar,planning manager,projects,msp,highrise,planning,mitigation strategies
