Social Media Manager

Salary : under 12 LPA

Location : Gurgaon

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist with a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence tools and automation. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-driven insights and technologies to plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns that enhance engagement, reach, and conversions across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, etc.) to create compelling content, ad copies, and visuals.
  • Analyze audience insights, trends, and performance metrics using AI analytics tools to drive data-backed marketing decisions.
  • Automate content scheduling, performance tracking, and engagement using AI-powered social media management tools ( Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social with AI).
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns using machine-learning-based targeting and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay updated with AI trends and social media algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Generate regular reports on social media performance, growth, and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in social media marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in marketing (content creation, analytics, automation, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in using AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Canva AI, Adobe) and copywriting tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and influencer collaborations is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing or AI in Marketing (Google, jasper, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹1,200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
