Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Gurugram. The role involves managing and strategizing the brand's social media presence across multiple platforms. Daily responsibilities include creating and curating content, developing and implementing social media strategies, optimizing posts for engagement and reach, monitoring analytics to measure success, and engaging with the online community to build relationships and drive brand growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in Content Strategy and developing engaging content
- Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms
- Knowledge of trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
- Previous experience in managing social media accounts for businesses, preferably in a related or relevant industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
