Job Role

The social media manager will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing strategies for the social media accounts of Nashional Permit. Their competence will determine how effectively the business will be able to portray its brand value online.

The selected candidate will establish Nashional Permit's online presence and brand value by promoting the company and its products through the use of videos, photos, text posts & other creatives on social media platforms.

Along with this, the candidate will also be managing backend work like stock sheets, client lists, sourcing and designing but their main area of expertise needs to be social media management.

Day-to-day role :

  • Planning and developing social media campaigns
  • Crafting compelling content
  • Create interesting contemporary creatives
  • Posting content across all social media accounts
  • Engaging with customers on different channels
  • Analysing running campaigns
  • Being on top of the latest social media trends
  • Analyse customer expectations according to past social media activity
  • Develop social media campaigns
  • Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
  • Update social media content across all channels
  • Engage with customers and followers
  • Use social media marketing tools
  • Monitor campaigns and analyse data obtained
  • Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
  • Develop content or get it done by content developers
  • Keep an eye on social media trends
  • Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Looking after the brand over-all
  • Managing exhibition stalls/pop-ups & events
