Social Media Manager

to own our social presence and community.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Social Media Manager with
minimum 5 years of experience in D2C brands

. This is an
in-person role based out of Gurgaon

. The ideal candidate will lead social media strategy, content creation, community engagement, and influencer marketing across platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and Pinterest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage content calendars and publishing across
    Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and Pinterest

.
- Collaborate with design/creative teams to deliver high-performing content (reels, carousels, static posts).
- Drive influencer and creator partnerships — from scouting to negotiations to performance tracking.
- Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to optimize content.
- Respond to community interactions (DMs, comments) and build brand affinity.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance KPIs.
- Support performance marketing team with social-first content ideas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience

managing social media for D2C brands (fashion, lifestyle, or consumer-focused preferred).
- Strong understanding of Instagram growth, influencer marketing, and content trends.
- Experience with Pinterest marketing is a plus.
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone of voice.
- Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
