Role

As the OBL Planning Manager, you will report to Lead - OBL Planning. The purpose of the role is:

`1. Drive a team of planners to coordinate with downstream and upstream teams for achievement of annual TW's despatch plan, improve service ratio and achieve customer delight

2. Challenge status quo of business process and execute new projects (including the IT based programmes) to improve the performance, efficiency and reduce logistic cost of OBL

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1. Ensure achievement of Logistics Annual Business Dispatch plans

2. Drive planning team to enhance customer delight

3. Strategies IT enabled / special programmes for ease of operations to enhance efficiency & productivity

4. Develop Improvement Projects, Innovative BIG ideas & establish new plants system / processes

5. Create an individual development plan in coordination with each team member and review

As OBL Planning Manager, your day will start by planning & strategising to coordinate with downstream and upstream teams for achievement of annual TW's despatch plan, improve service ratio and achieve customer delight.

Academic Qualification & Experience

• Graduate / Engineer/MBA

• 15–20 years' Experience of Sales Planning / Logistics Operations in a large Automobile Company

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Knowledge of Product & Variants
