Job Title: Store Manager – Mia by Tanishq

Location: Adree Mall, Sector 52, Gurugram

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Mia by Tanishq is a premium lifestyle brand that blends contemporary design with timeless elegance. We are expanding our retail footprint and are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our new outlet at Adree Mall.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory management.

  • Drive sales targets and achieve budgeted revenue; implement merchandising and visual standards.

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of 8‑10 sales associates, fostering a customer‑centric culture.

  • Manage stock levels, conduct regular stock‑takes, and ensure timely replenishment.

  • Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to the regional merchandising team.

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after‑sales service to maintain brand loyalty.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss‑prevention procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership and team‑building skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management.

  • Flexible to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience with luxury or premium brands.

  • Knowledge of visual merchandising and store layout.

  • Ability to analyze sales data and drive action plans.
