Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Gurugram. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing store policies, managing inventory, and preventing retail loss. The Manager will also be tasked with leading the store team, addressing customer service issues, and ensuring a high level of communication within the store.

  • Store Management experience
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention tactics
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in retail management is a plus
