Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager at a pet store/clinic located in Gurugram. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage a team of store associates. Responsibilities also include maintaining inventory, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and driving store performance. The role requires fostering a customer-centric environment and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for all visitors
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders
  • Expertise in Store Management, including overseeing operations, staff, and inventory
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques to minimize risks and protect store assets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Previous experience in retail management or a related field
  • Passion for pets and familiarity with pet products, services, or clinics is a plus
