Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Gurugram. The Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensure customer satisfaction, manage inventory, and implement store policies. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the construction or equipment rental industry is a plus
