We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the software product sector.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the software product industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
