Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mohali district for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will manage potential leads by making outbound calls, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions. Daily tasks include lead generation, customer interaction, maintaining customer databases, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves working closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales skills
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a sales role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
