Role Overview

We are looking for a
Field Sales Associate
who will be responsible for building and managing partnerships with
local electricians, housing societies, contractors, and other stakeholders
to expand the adoption of solar energy. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to build trust in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through field visits, market mapping, and local networking.
  • Partner with
    electricians, housing societies, RWAs, builders, and small businesses
    to promote solar installations.
  • Educate potential customers about
    solar systems (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid)
    and their cost-saving benefits.
  • Conduct
    door-to-door awareness campaigns, housing society meetings, and community outreach programs
    .
  • Handle customer queries and ensure a
    smooth sales-to-installation process
    .
  • Achieve weekly and monthly
    sales & lead generation targets
    .
  • Provide
    feedback from the market
    to management for product and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum
    12th pass / Graduate
    (any field).
  • Experience:
    0–2 years in sales/fieldwork/marketing
    preferred (freshers can also apply).
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills (Hindi/English, local dialects preferred).
  • Ability to
    build rapport with local electricians and housing societies
    .
  • Comfortable with
    fieldwork & traveling
    within Agra and nearby districts.
  • Basic knowledge of
    solar energy / electrical systems
    is an added advantage (training will be provided).
