Drive Business Growth

Purpose:

Develop and execute a business growth strategy to drive expansion in targeted industry verticals/territories. Identify opportunities, highlight customer requirements, and forecast market trends to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate a sales plan by identifying potential clients, highlighting customer needs, and forecasting market trends.
  • Monitor sales targets on a weekly basis, highlight deviations, and initiate corrective action as required.
  • Ensure adherence to sales performance metrics at territory level.
  • Identify potential business opportunities from multiple channels and develop a pursuit plan.
  • Negotiate and finalize terms with clients regarding product specifications, payment terms, and timelines.
  • Built and maintain relationships with customers in the territory to facilitate deep understanding of their needs and direct swift resolution of any customer queries.
  • Document customer specifications in relevant formats and forward to concerned departments.
  • Liaise with operations team to ensure execution of orders in line with predefined timelines and criteria.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of goods to client's site as per delivery schedule.
  • Adhere to policies/processes to enhance response quality and minimize response time to customer queries.
  • Lead establishment of service centers or identify partner agencies to provide quick after-sales service to customers.
  • Provide technical support to customers on after-sales related issues.
  • Resolve all customer complaints within predefined timelines.
