Role Description:

The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. This role demands proactive communication, strategic problem-solving, and a deep understanding of client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Understand client requirements and align solutions to meet business objectives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, escalations, and feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems
  • Monitor client satisfaction metrics and initiate improvement actions
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on client engagement and performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or account management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

  • High emotional intelligence and customer-centric mindset
