Woven Sack Company is a leading manufacturer of woven sacks, committed to delivering high-quality packaging solutions. We are looking for a dynamic Production Manager to oversee our production operations and ensure the efficient manufacturing of our products.

Job Summary:

The Production Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the production process, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Oversight: Supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure that production schedules are met.
  • Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate production staff to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring adequate supply to meet production demands.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation and ensure production costs are within budgetary constraints.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production performance, quality issues, and operational challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Production Manager in the woven sack or packaging industry.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and quality control methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 per month
