Job Summery :-

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager (As Competent Person) who has the working experience for Injectable & External Preparation. In this role you must ensure quality working required under WHO-GMP guidelines /Revised schedule M are committing to maintains high quality standards & compliance.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy /B.Sc. /M.Sc.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Production Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in coordination with Planning, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.

2. Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and approve batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and batch packaging records (BPRs).
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.

3. Quality Assurance Coordination:

  • Coordinate with QA/QC teams for in-process checks, deviation handling, and line clearance.
  • Ensure timely closure of deviations, change controls, and CAPA.

4. Regulatory & Audit Readiness:

  • Ensure readiness for internal, customer, and external regulatory audits.
  • Participate in audits and implement corrective and preventive measures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech (Chemical / Biotechnology)
  • Experience: Minimum 1015 years in pharmaceutical production (Formulation / API / Injectable / Oral Solid Dosage specify as applicable)
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP, WHO, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Experience in handling regulatory audits as GMP & Revised schedule M.
  • Proficient in production planning tools, ERP systems, and MS Office.
