About the Role

Vivek Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced PPIC Manager to oversee production planning, material coordination, and inventory control. The right candidate will ensure smooth operations across departments, timely manufacturing, and compliance with all quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Execution: Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet timelines.
• Material Planning & Availability: Ensure timely availability of raw and packing materials.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and control stock levels effectively.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Production, QA/QC, Purchase, and Dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on production performance, material usage, and efficiency metrics.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the PPIC team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate + MBA (Operations / Supply Chain)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC (Pharma industry preferred)
• Gender: Male (as per company preference)

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
