Job description

Candidate will be based at the corporate office of a Pharmaceutical company at Mumbai location and will be responsible for the following points:

  1. Candidate will be responsible for Property Insurance ,Policy management and administer and manage the organizations insurance portfolio, including property, liability, and workers compensation.

  2. Candidate should have good experience in handling Property insurance, health insurance, budget insurance, warehouse insurance, stock insurance and all other insurance.

3. Candidate will be responsible for claims Management and process and manage Property insurance claims, including liaising with insurers, and monitoring claim status.

  1. Candidate will be responsible liaison with insurance & broker to maintain relationships with insurance brokers, agents, and underwriters.

  2. Candidate will be responsible to maintain relationships with insurance brokers, agents, and underwriters.

  3. Candidate will be responsible for compliance & regulatory to ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations related to insurance coverage in the manufacturing industry

  4. Candidate will be responsible for budget management assist in the preparation of annual insurance budgets and forecasts to provide regular reports on insurance costs, claims history, and risk management activities to management.

  5. Candidate will be responsible for Employee insurance program to manage employee insurance benefits, including health, life, and disability insurance.

  6. Candidate will be responsible to coordinate with HR to ensure employees are informed about available insurance options and help with claims processes.

Required Candidate Profile

Any Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field.

Candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in Accounts and Property insurance, health insurance, budget insurance, warehouse insurance, stock insurance and all other insurance.

Candidate should have Strong knowledge of various insurance products, claims processes, and risk management.

Candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
