The company has a global turnover of over USD 5 billion and manages well-known consumer health and wellness brands across multiple countries.

Role Overview:

The Sales & Marketing Lead – India will independently drive brand presence, distribution growth, and online/offline sales performance for the company's oral care, nutraceutical supplement, and health FMCG portfolio.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role suitable for professionals who can work autonomously, build networks, and execute strategies without a large team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales and marketing activities for India across nutraceutical, oral care, and health FMCG categories.
  • Independently identify, appoint, and manage distributors, channel partners, and stockists.
  • Manage e-commerce business (Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg, Nykaa) including listings, promotions, and performance tracking.
  • Execute digital and retail marketing plans in alignment with regional brand guidelines.
  • Support product launches, local market adaptation, and on-ground brand visibility programs.
  • Monitor sales, inventory, distribution coverage, and marketing spends on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with import partners and support regulatory documentation as required.
  • Build strong relationships with modern trade, specialty stores, and online platforms.
  • Prepare timely sales reports, forecasts, and competitor updates.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales or marketing within nutraceuticals, personal care, health supplements, or FMCG.
  • Strong track record as an individual contributor managing both offline and e-commerce channels.
  • Experience working with distributors, retailers, and online marketplaces.
