BHM or Relevant Certification

Job Location – Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee and execute smooth functioning of the outlet .
· Monitor quality and consistency of products as per standards
· Ensure that kitchen units are operating under provided budgets
· Ensure adequate staffing are stationed at the outlet
· Assist with product development, new menu trials, etc..
· To ensure standards are up to par
· Set up of new outlets and handle pre opening tasks, i.e., kitchen layout, tools, hiring, and training of staff
· Manage purchase and product quality and ensure that the correct materials are deployed at the outlet
· Have critical thinking and problem solving skill with regards to unexpected situations
· Plan for and execute events and out door caterings in a smooth and efficient manner
· Maintain follow ups with maintenance team to ensure that outlet function on an optimal level
· Closely work with Food safety department on monitoring and adherence to SOP's
· Have weekly monitoring of financials and figures and ensure that the metrics are on par with theoretical figures and figure out solutions for outlet that need to be regulated
· Follow up with employee grievances, appraisals and any other distress or personnel concern
