Role Description
The Relationship Manager role at Homzinterio involves daily interaction with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored interior design solutions. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad requires managing client relationships, overseeing projects from initiation to completion, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will coordinate with various teams to deliver exceptional service and high-quality interior solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing client relationships and understanding customer needs
- Project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion
- Experience in the interior design industry, including knowledge of materials, products, and design trends
- Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and design challenges effectively
