Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Hyderabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, providing suitable financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves regular interactions with clients, addressing inquiries, processing loan applications, and coordinating with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in customer relationship management and financial services
  • Knowledge of housing finance products and loan processing
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience working in the housing finance sector is a plus
