Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to join our
Noida team
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
international business development
, particularly in the
USA market
, with strong expertise in
software solutions, enterprise sales, and client relationship management
. You will play a key role in
identifying and developing new business opportunities
,
building strategic partnerships
, and
driving revenue growth
for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Pico Labs' software solutions and IT services.
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored software solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver customized proposals and presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and growth areas.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction for long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
- Represent Pico Labs at business events, client meetings, and industry conferences.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4 -8 years of experience in business development or sales within the software or IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, SaaS, and enterprise technology solutions.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and business analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
