Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Salon Sales Manager to lead sales efforts, grow revenue, and deliver excellent customer experiences. This role includes managing the front desk team, promoting services and products, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive service and retail sales to meet revenue targets
  • Lead and motivate front desk/sales staff
  • Develop and execute promotions and upselling strategies
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics
  • Support inventory management and marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of sales or retail management experience (salon/spa preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets
  • Familiarity with salon services and POS/CRM systems
