Job Summary

  • As a HR Head you will work closely with recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and team development initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate is a team leader who can make effective decisions quickly.
  • Lead a team of recruiters & source to meet the KPIs
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, D&I).
  • Research and choose job advertising options.
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Developing and implementing human resources policies.
  • Supporting strategic objectives.
  • Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
  • Motivating and supporting current staff.
  • Maintaining staff records.
  • Handling employee benefits.
  • Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
  • Designing and directing training programs

Primary Skills:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition for 8-12 years
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.

Secondary Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
