Reports To: Operations Head Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations and ensure alignment with our business goals. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development, ensuring the company's workforce remains productive, compliant, and engaged. and applicants must be based in Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding: ○ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. ○ Managethe full recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and background checks. ○ Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company culture. 2. Employee Relations: ○ Serveasthe primary contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts promptly and fairly. ○ Implement engagement strategies that foster a positive and collaborative work environment. ○ Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention efforts. 3. Performance Management: ○ Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure consistent evaluation and growth. ○ Workwith department heads to set goals and create employee development plans. ○ Address underperformance with constructive support and guidance for improvement. 4. Compensation & Benefits: ○ Administer payroll, bonuses, and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate payments. ○ Evaluate and maintain competitive compensation policies that ensure internal equity. ○ Manageemployee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans. 5. Compliance & Policy Development: ○ Ensure HRpractices comply with labor laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary. ○ Develop and enforce policies that promote a healthy, fair, and compliant work environment. ○ Conduct periodic reviews of HR processes to ensure compliance with all regulations. 6. Learning & Development: ○ Design and implement training programs to support employee growth and development. ○ Identify skill gaps and collaborate with leaders to create targeted learning opportunities. ○ Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. 7. Organizational Development: ○ Support organizational growth through effective workforce planning and talent strategies. ○ Collaborate with leadership to create succession planning initiatives. ○ Leadchange initiatives to enhance productivity, culture, and overall organizational efficiency. Key Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). ● Minimumof 5years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. ● Strong knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, and HR best practices. ● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. ● Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite. ● Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Preferred Qualifications: ● HRcertifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR). ● Experience in the finance industry. ● Proven track record in recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
