Job Title: Marketing Executive – Digital Advertising (Facebook & Google Ads)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads, boost brand visibility, and enhance ROI across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook (Meta) Ads and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Tag Manager.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Research target audiences, keywords, and market trends to create effective ad strategies.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Support the marketing team in overall brand and lead generation strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and remarketing campaigns is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in paid media campaign management.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is an added advantage.

Compensation:

As per industry standards and candidate's experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
